This week, we hosted an exciting Pre/Prep House Quiz, which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. Children from Reception to Year 6, along with a few teachers, tackled a variety of challenging yet entertaining questions, all created by the children themselves. The event was a big hit with both students and staff, and the incredible organisation by the House Captains truly stood out. Well done to everyone involved!

Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for our school as we warmly welcome Mrs Rachael Shields as our Interim Headteacher! Rachael begins her 10th year at Bishop Challoner today. In her time at the school, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership, having successfully led the RE Department through an Outstanding Diocesan inspection. She has also held key roles such as Head of KS4 and, more recently, Assistant Headteacher and Head of Sixth Form, where she has grown numbers and run a very successful UCAS programme seeing many of our students gain places at Russell Group universities and Oxbridge. Rachael has always set high expectations for both academic achievement and personal conduct, and we are thrilled to see her vision continue to shape the future of our school. We are confident that under her leadership, we will achieve even greater success together! Here's to an exciting 2025
