What a memorable last day of term!
The day began with a beautiful whole-school Advent Mass, bringing everyone together in reflection and gratitude as we approach Christmas.
We then said goodbye to our incredible Headteacher, Mr. Wallace, on his final day at Bishop Challoner. The morning continued with a heartfelt Desert Island Music assembly, featuring his favorite songs and touching childhood stories.
This was followed by our Rewards Assembly, celebrating high achievers with certificates, and a high-spirited rendition of The 12 Days of Christmas by staff and students alike.
To round off the day, we gathered for the staff Christmas lunch, where we bid farewell to Mr. Wallace and presented him with a stunning hand-drawn illustration of the school staircase, created by former pupil Jonny.
As we say goodbye to Mr. Wallace, we are delighted to welcome Mrs. Shields, our current Head of Key Stage 5, who will step into the role of Interim Headteacher in January. We look forward to the exciting new chapter ahead under her leadership!
